"Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timelines: Arrival dates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In case of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact and follow up according to the actual situation.
• Concierge Service & Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian concierge/direct-shipped item. Unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong manufacturer's or agent's warranty, nor do we provide additional commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order has been submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are generally not accepted due to a change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or ill-fitting. Please carefully verify all options and information before placing an order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual received Canadian version will prevail. If there are significant changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, we will handle them according to the actual situation.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause minor dents, creases, or scratches on the outer box. If the product itself, its function, quality, and seals are unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.

• Usage & Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, incorrect use, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly deviates from the description, has major quality issues, or if shipping damage affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis.
