• Receipt Inspection: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as you receive it; in case of incorrect product, shortage, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact our store within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for investigation with the supplier or logistics.
• Usage & Precautions: Please follow the original factory labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.
