⚠️ Canada Direct Shipping & Purchasing Terms (Please Read Before Purchase)

• Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Timeframe: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally estimated within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation, with actual receipt expected in approximately two weeks. "Business days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimates Only: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up.
• Purchasing & Local Warranty: This item is purchased/shipped directly from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty is provided, and we do not offer repair, parts replacement, or technical support services.
• Post-Order Changes: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted; please double-check all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colorways, or details. Website images are for reference only; the version currently available in Canada upon arrival shall prevail. We will handle significant changes to core models, quantities, or major specifications on a case-by-case basis.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause minor dents, creases, or scratches to outer boxes; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color & Fit: Reasonable variations may occur due to body type, footwear, wearing style, screen display, and manual measurement. Unless the item clearly does not match the selected specifications or description, personal fit or slight color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Items: Intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene items are generally not eligible for return or exchange (except for quality issues) once unsealed, tried on, used, or if original seals are damaged.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please verify the item, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as you receive the package. If there are incorrect items, shortages, major damage, or quality issues, we recommend contacting us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate checking with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Use & Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, size, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Issues caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, does not substantially match the description, has major quality issues, or if shipping damage affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
