• Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Lead Time: Items are shipped directly from Canada via international air freight to Hong Kong, generally expected to arrive within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation; actual receipt time is approximately two weeks. "Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong/Canada public holidays.
• Lead Time is an Estimate: Delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In case of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up based on the situation.
• Sourcing and Local Warranty: This product is a Canada direct purchase/sourcing item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, it does not come with a Hong Kong local manufacturer or agency warranty, and we do not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted; please double-check all options and details before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual Canadian version received prevails. In the event of major changes to core models, quantities, or key specifications, we will handle them according to the actual situation.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause slight dents, creases, or scratches on the outer box; this is generally not considered a product quality issue if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Variations may occur due to different body types, footwear styles, wearing habits, screen displays, and manual measurement. Unless the product is significantly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Once intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products have been unsealed, tried on, used, or their original seals damaged, returns/exchanges for non-quality reasons are generally not accepted.
• Receiving Inspection: Please check the items, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, major damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours along with order details, full packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate checks with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer’s labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Issues caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If an item is incorrectly shipped, significantly different from the description, has major quality issues, or has sustained transport damage that affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
