⚠️ Canada Direct Shipping and Purchasing Terms (Please Read Before Purchasing)

• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Timeframe: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. They are generally expected to arrive within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation; the actual receipt time is approximately two weeks. "Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong/Canada public holidays.
• Timeframe is an Estimate: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, our store will contact you to follow up based on the situation.
• Purchasing and Local Warranty: This item is a Canada purchase/direct shipment product. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, it does not include a local Hong Kong manufacturer or agency warranty, and our store does not provide repairs, parts replacement, or technical support services.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to changes of mind, wrong size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit; please carefully verify all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual version currently received from Canada shall prevail. If there are major changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, our store will handle them according to the actual situation.
• Transport Appearance: Long-distance transportation may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches to the outer box; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals are not affected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Sizing, Color, and Fit: Variations in body type, shoe style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement may lead to reasonable differences. Unless the product is clearly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, personal fit or slight color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: For intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products, returns or exchanges for non-quality reasons are generally not accepted once they have been opened, tried on, used, or their original seals damaged.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please verify the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible upon receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, we recommend contacting our store within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for investigation with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human-caused damage, or problems caused by unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or has sustained transport damage that affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, our store will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
