⚠️ Canada Direct Shipping and Purchase Terms (Please read before purchasing)
- Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Timeframe: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation, with actual receipt taking about two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong/Canada public holidays.
- Estimated Timeframe: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. We will contact you to follow up in the event of significant delays or unavailability.
- Sourcing and Local Warranty: This item is a Canada-sourced/direct-ship product. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty is provided, and we do not offer commercial repair, parts replacement, or technical support services.
- Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or improper fit are generally not accepted; please double-check all options and information before placing your order.
- Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colorways, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual version currently available in Canada upon receipt shall prevail. We will handle significant changes to core models, quantities, or major specifications on a case-by-case basis.
- Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause minor indentations, creases, or scratches on outer boxes; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
- Sizing, Color, and Fit: Reasonable variations may occur due to differences in body type, footwear, wearing style, screen display, and manual measurement. Unless the product significantly deviates from the selected specifications or description, personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
- Hygiene Items: Intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene items are generally non-returnable once unsealed, tried on, used, or if the original seal is damaged, provided there is no quality issue.
- Inspection Upon Receipt: Please verify the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. If there are shipping errors, shortages, major damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours, providing order details, full packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate checks with the supplier or logistics provider.
- Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or issues caused by unauthorized modifications do not constitute product quality defects.
Legal Rights: Should the product be shipped in error, deviate significantly from the description, have major quality issues, or arrive with shipping damage that impacts the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
