• Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Lead Time: Products are shipped directly from Canada via international air freight to Hong Kong. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation. Actual receipt time is approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Lead Time is an Estimate: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In case of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact and follow up according to the actual situation.
• Proxy Purchase & Local Warranty: This product is a proxy purchase/direct shipment from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer or agent warranty in Hong Kong, and we do not provide commercial warranty services such as repair, parts replacement, or technical support.
