• Canada Direct Delivery and Estimated Timeframe: Products are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Generally, delivery is expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation, with actual receipt time being approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeframe: The arrival date is not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In case of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact and follow up as per the actual situation.
• Proxy Purchase and Local Warranty: This product is a proxy purchase/direct delivery from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer or agent warranty in Hong Kong, and our store does not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are generally not accepted due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or ill-fitting. Please carefully verify all options and information before placing an order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual current version received from Canada shall prevail. In case of significant changes to core models, quantities, or main specifications, our store will handle the situation accordingly.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transportation may cause minor dents, creases, or scratches on the outer box; this is generally not considered a product quality issue if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals are unaffected.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Reasonable discrepancies may arise due to different body shapes, shoe styles, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product is significantly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, related personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: For intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health foods, and other personal hygiene products, returns or exchanges for non-quality issues are generally not accepted once unsealed, tried on, used, or if the original seal is damaged.
• Receipt Inspection: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt; in case of incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact our store within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for verification with the supplier or logistics.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: In cases where the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or if shipping damage has affected the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, our store will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
