⚠️ Canada Direct Purchase & Proxy Terms (Please Read Before Buying)

• Canada Direct Shipment & Estimated Delivery Time: Items are arranged for international air freight directly from Canada to Hong Kong. Generally, delivery is expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation. The actual receipt time is approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Delivery Time: Arrival dates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In case of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you and follow up based on the actual situation.
• Proxy Purchase & Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian proxy purchase / direct shipment. Unless otherwise explicitly stated on the product page, there is no local manufacturer's or agent's warranty in Hong Kong, and our store does not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are generally not accepted due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or ill-fitting. Please carefully verify all options and information before placing an order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colorways, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual Canadian version received will prevail. If there are significant changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, our store will handle it according to the actual situation.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transportation may cause minor dents, creases, or scratches on the outer box. This is generally not considered a product quality issue if the product itself, its functionality, quality, and seals are unaffected.
• Size, Color & Fit: Reasonable variations may occur due to different body types, shoe styles, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product is clearly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, related personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Returns or exchanges for non-quality issues are generally not accepted for intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products once opened, tried on, used, or if the original seal is damaged.
• Receipt Inspection: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible upon receipt. If there is an incorrect item, shortage, significant damage, or quality issue, it is recommended to contact our store within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for verification with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage & Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Statutory Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or if shipping damage has affected the product itself, its functionality, quality, or seals, our store will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
