⚠️ Terms for Direct Shipping & Sourcing from Canada (Please read before purchasing)

• Direct Shipping from Canada & Estimated Delivery Time: Items are air-freighted directly from Canada to Hong Kong. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation; actual arrival time is approximately two weeks. "Business days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Delivery: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up.
• Sourcing & Local Warranty: This product is sourced/shipped directly from Canada. Unless otherwise specified in writing on the product page, no local manufacturer or agent warranty is provided in Hong Kong, and we do not provide separate commercial maintenance services such as repairs, replacement parts, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to changes of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit. Please carefully check all options and details before placing your order.
• Availability & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual Canadian version received prevails. If there are significant changes to the core model, quantity, or major specifications, we will handle it on a case-by-case basis.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, functionality, quality, and seals are not affected, it is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Reasonable differences may arise due to body shape, shoe style, wearing methods, screen display, and manual measurement. Unless the product is significantly different from the selected specifications or description, personal fit or minor color variations are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Personal clothing, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene items generally cannot be returned or exchanged for non-quality reasons once unsealed, tried on, used, or their original seals are damaged.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please verify the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. In case of incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, we recommend contacting us within 48 hours along with order information, full packaging, and clear photos/videos for investigation with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage & Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Issues caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly different from the description, has major quality issues, or transit damage affects the product itself, functionality, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
