⚠️ Canada Direct Purchase & Procurement Terms (Please note before ordering)

• Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Timeframe: Items are shipped directly from Canada via international air freight to Hong Kong. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation; actual delivery takes approximately two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timeframe is an Estimate: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up accordingly.
• Procurement & Local Warranty: This product is a Canada procurement/direct-import item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, no local manufacturer or agency warranty in Hong Kong is provided. We do not offer separate commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to our Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to changes of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit. Please carefully check all options and details before placing your order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual version received from Canada shall prevail. We will handle cases involving major changes to core models, quantities, or key specifications according to the actual situation.
• Transport Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause minor dents, creases, or scratches to the outer box. If the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Variations may occur due to body type, footwear style, wearing method, screen display settings, and manual measurement. Unless the product significantly differs from the selected specifications or description, personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Items such as intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are generally not eligible for return or exchange if unsealed, tried on, used, or if the original seal is damaged, provided there is no quality issue.
• Upon Receipt: Please check the item, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, please contact us within 48 hours along with order information, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate verification with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage & Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's label, size, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If an item is shipped incorrectly, significantly deviates from the description, has major quality issues, or if transport damage affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
