"Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Delivery Time is Estimated: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In case of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you and follow up as appropriate.
• Proxy Purchase & Local Warranty: This product is a proxy purchase/direct shipment from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer's or agent's warranty in Hong Kong, and our store does not provide additional commercial warranty services such as repair, parts replacement, or technical support.
