⚠️ Terms for Direct Shipping from Canada & Procurement Services (Please read before purchasing)

• Direct Shipping from Canada & Estimated Timeframe: Items are shipped directly to Hong Kong via international air freight arranged from Canada. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation; actual delivery takes approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeframe: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. We will contact you to follow up in the event of significant delays or unavailability.
• Procurement & Local Warranty: This item is procured/shipped directly from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agency warranty. We do not provide separate commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or improper fit are generally not accepted. Please carefully check all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the version received from Canada at the time of purchase shall prevail. We will handle cases involving significant changes to core models, quantities, or major specifications on a case-by-case basis.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause minor indentations, creases, or scratches to outer boxes. If the product itself, its functionality, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Sizing, Color, and Fit: Reasonable variations may occur due to body type, footwear, wearing style, screen display, and manual measurement. Unless the item is significantly different from the selected specifications or description, personal fit or minor color discrepancies are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Undergarments, protective gear, insoles, nutritional supplements, and other personal hygiene products are generally non-returnable for non-quality reasons once unsealed, tried on, used, or if the original seal is damaged.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please check the items, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, major damage, or quality issues, please contact us within 48 hours, providing order information, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate verification with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage & Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human-induced damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If an item is incorrectly delivered, significantly differs from the description, has major quality issues, or has transit damage that affects the product's functionality, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
