Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation. Actual receipt time is approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timeline is an Estimate: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In case of significant delays or inability to supply, our store will contact and follow up according to the actual situation.
• Proxy Purchase & Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian proxy purchase / direct shipment. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer's or agent's warranty in Hong Kong, and our store does not provide commercial warranty services such as repair, parts replacement, or technical support.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly does not match the description, has major quality issues, or transportation damage has affected the product itself, its function, quality, or seal, our store will follow up on a case-by-case basis.
