"Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timeframe is an estimate: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In case of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you and follow up based on the actual situation.
• Consignment & Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian consignment / direct import. Unless otherwise explicitly stated on the product page, there is no local manufacturer's or agent's warranty in Hong Kong, and our store does not provide additional commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order has been submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are generally not accepted due to a change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or improper fit; please carefully verify all options and information before placing an order.

Statutory Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or if transit damage has affected the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, our store will follow up on a case-by-case basis.
