In case of significant delays or unavailability of goods, we will contact and follow up as per the actual situation.
• Consignment & Local Warranty: This product is consigned/direct shipped from Canada. Unless otherwise specified in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer's or agent's warranty in Hong Kong, and our store does not provide commercial warranty services such as repair, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or ill-fit are generally not accepted; please carefully verify all options and information before placing an order.
