⚠️ Canada Direct Shipping & Purchase Terms (Please read before purchasing)

• Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Timeliness: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation. Actual receipt time is approximately two weeks. "Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong or Canadian public holidays.
• Timeliness is an Estimate: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In case of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you and follow up as appropriate.
• Proxy Purchase & Local Warranty: This product is a proxy purchase/direct shipment from Canada. Unless otherwise specified in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer's or agent's warranty in Hong Kong, and our store does not provide commercial warranty services such as repair, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Order Placement: Once an order has been submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or improper fit are generally not accepted; please carefully verify all options and information before placing an order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual version received from Canada will prevail. If there are significant changes to the core model, quantity, or major specifications, our store will handle it as appropriate.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance shipping may result in minor dents, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, its functionality, quality, and seals are unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Reasonable variations may occur due to different body types, shoe styles, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product clearly does not match the selected specifications or description, related personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Undergarments, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are generally not eligible for non-quality related returns or exchanges once unsealed, tried on, used, or if the original seal is damaged.
• Receipt Inspection: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt; if there is a wrong item, shortage, significant damage, or quality issue, it is recommended to contact our store within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for investigation with the supplier or logistics.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly different from the description, has major quality issues, or if shipping damage has affected the product itself, its functionality, quality, or seals, our store will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
