• Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Timeliness: Goods are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation, with actual receipt time being approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timeliness is an Estimate: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In case of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact and follow up according to the actual situation.
• Pre-order & Local Warranty: This product is a pre-order/direct import from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer's or agent's warranty in Hong Kong, and our store does not provide commercial warranty services such as repair, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Order Placement: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are generally not accepted due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or ill-fitting. Please carefully verify all options and information before placing an order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual Canadian version received will prevail. If there are significant changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, our store will handle it according to the actual situation.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transportation may cause slight dents, creases, or scratches on the outer box; this is generally not considered a product quality issue if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals are not affected.

• Usage & Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Issues caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or if shipping damage affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, our store will follow up on a case-by-case basis.
