⚠️ Terms for Direct Canadian Purchases (Please read before purchasing)

• Direct Shipping from Canada and Estimated Lead Time: Items are shipped from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual arrival time of approximately two weeks. "Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong/Canadian public holidays.
• Lead Time is an Estimate: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up based on the situation.
• Purchasing and Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian direct purchase. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong original factory or agent warranty, and we do not provide separate commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preferences, or improper fit are generally not accepted; please double-check all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual version received from Canada prevails. In the event of significant changes to core models, quantities, or major specifications, we will handle the situation accordingly.
• External Condition During Transport: Long-distance transport may cause slight dents, creases, or scratches on outer packaging; this is generally not considered a product quality issue if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected.
• Sizes, Colors, and Fit: Reasonable differences may occur due to different body types, styles, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product significantly differs from the selected specifications or description, personal fit or slight color variations are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Once intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene items have been unsealed, tried on, used, or their original seals damaged, returns or exchanges for non-quality issues are generally not accepted.
• Receiving Inspection: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, please contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate verification with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, size charts, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications do not constitute product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly differs from the description, has major quality issues, or has sustained transport damage that affects the product, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
