• Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Timeliness: Products are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation, with actual receipt time being approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timeliness is an estimate: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other situations beyond reasonable control. In case of significant delay or unavailability of goods, our shop will contact and follow up according to the actual situation.
• Proxy Purchase & Local Warranty: This product is a proxy purchase/direct shipment from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer or agent warranty in Hong Kong, and our shop does not provide commercial warranty services such as repair, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes after Ordering: Once an order has been submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are generally not accepted due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or ill-fitting items; please carefully verify all options and information before placing an order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual Canadian version received at the time of delivery shall prevail. If there are significant changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, our shop will handle it according to the actual situation.
• Appearance during Transit: Long-distance transportation may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seal are not affected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color & Fit: Reasonable differences may arise due to varying body shapes, shoe styles, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product is clearly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, related personal fit or slight color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Undergarments, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products generally do not accept returns or exchanges for non-quality issues once opened, tried on, used, or if the original seal is damaged.
• Receipt Inspection: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as possible after receiving the goods; in case of incorrect shipment, shortage, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact our shop within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for verification with the supplier or logistics.
• Usage & Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Issues caused by normal wear and tear, incorrect use, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or transit damage has affected the product itself, its function, quality, or seal, our shop will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
