⚠️ Canada Direct Purchase Terms (Please read before buying)

• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Timelines: Products are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation. Actual receipt time is approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong/Canada public holidays.
• Timelines are Estimates: Arrival dates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances reasonably beyond our control. In case of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact and follow up as appropriate.
• Proxy Purchase and Local Warranty: This product is a proxy purchase/direct shipment from Canada. Unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong manufacturer's or agent's warranty, and our store does not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are generally not accepted due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or ill-fitting items. Please carefully review all options and information before placing an order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual Canadian version received will prevail. If there are significant changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, our store will handle it on a case-by-case basis.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transportation may result in minor indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box. This is generally not considered a product quality issue if the product itself, its functionality, quality, and seals are unaffected.
• Sizing, Color, and Fit: Reasonable variations may occur due to different body types, footwear styles, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product significantly deviates from the selected specifications or description, related personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Undergarments, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are generally not eligible for returns or exchanges for non-quality issues once unsealed, tried on, used, or their original seal is damaged.
• Receipt Inspection: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as you receive it. In case of wrong item, shortage, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact our store within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for investigation with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Statutory Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly deviates from the description, has major quality issues, or if shipping damage affects the product itself, its functionality, quality, or seals, our store will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
