• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Timeframe: Goods are shipped directly to Hong Kong via international air freight from Canada, generally expected to arrive within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation. The actual receipt time is approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timeframe is an Estimate: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In case of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact and follow up according to the actual situation.
• Concierge Service and Local Warranty: This product is a Canada concierge/direct shipment. Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty, and we do not provide commercial warranty services such as repair, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Placing Order: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are generally not accepted due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or ill-fitting. Please carefully verify all options and information before placing an order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual product received will be based on the current Canadian version. If there are significant changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, we will handle them according to the actual situation.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transportation may cause minor dents, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals are unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Sizing, Color, and Fit: Different body types, shoe styles, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements may result in reasonable discrepancies. Unless the product is clearly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, related personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Underwear, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are generally not accepted for return or exchange for non-quality reasons once unsealed, tried on, used, or their original seal is damaged.
• Receipt Inspection: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as you receive it. In case of wrong goods, shortages, major damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for verification with the supplier or logistics.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or if shipping damage affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
