• Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Timeframe: Items are shipped via international air freight directly from Canada to Hong Kong, generally expected to arrive within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation; actual receipt time is approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeframe: Delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. We will contact and follow up on cases of significant delay or unavailability.
• Purchasing & Local Warranty: This item is a Canadian purchase/direct shipment product. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agency warranty is provided, and we do not offer repair, parts replacement, or technical support services.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to our Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit; please double-check all options and details before placing your order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colorways, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual version currently available in Canada shall prevail. We will handle cases with major changes to core models, quantities, or key specifications accordingly.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transport may result in minor pressure marks, creases, or scratches on the outer packaging; if the product itself, its functionality, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Sizing, Color, and Fit: Reasonable differences may occur due to different body types, footwear, styling, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product clearly deviates from the selected specifications or description, issues related to personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products generally cannot be returned or exchanged for non-quality reasons once unsealed, tried on, used, or if the original seal is broken.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please verify the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, please contact us within 48 hours along with order details, full packaging, and clear photos/videos for investigation with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Use & Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Issues resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Statutory Rights: If an item is shipped incorrectly, differs significantly from the description, has major quality issues, or if shipping damage affects the product itself, its functionality, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
