⚠️ Terms for Direct Shipping and Purchasing from Canada (Please read before purchasing)

• Direct Shipping from Canada and Estimated Timeframe: Items are arranged for direct international air freight from Canada to Hong Kong, generally expected to arrive within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation. The actual delivery time is approximately two weeks. "Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timeframe is an Estimate: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or inability to supply, our store will contact you and follow up based on the situation.
• Purchasing Agency and Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian purchase/direct shipping item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, it does not include a local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty, and our store does not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted; please double-check all options and information carefully before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual version received from Canada prevails. If there are major changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, our store will handle the situation accordingly.
• Transportation Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause slight dents, creases, or scratches to the outer box; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seal remain unaffected, it is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Differences in body shape, footwear, wearing methods, screen display, and manual measurement may cause reasonable variations. Unless the product significantly differs from the selected specifications or description, related personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Once intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products have been unsealed, tried on, used, or their original seals damaged, they are generally not accepted for return or exchange unless there is a quality issue.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please check the item, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as possible after receipt; in case of incorrect items, shortages, major damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact our store within 48 hours along with order information, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for verification with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's label, size, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly deviates from the description, has major quality issues, or has sustained transport damage that affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seal, our store will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
