• Direct Shipping from Canada & Estimated Lead Time: Products are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally estimated to be 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation. Actual receipt time is approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Lead Time is an Estimate: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In case of significant delay or unavailability, the store will contact and follow up according to the actual situation.
• Procurement & Local Warranty: This product is procured/directly shipped from Canada. Unless otherwise explicitly stated on the product page, there is no local manufacturer's or agent's warranty in Hong Kong, and the store does not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
