⚠️ Canada Direct Shipping & Purchase Terms (Please read before purchasing)

• Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Timeliness: Products are shipped directly from Canada via international air freight to Hong Kong, generally expected to arrive within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation. Actual receipt time is approximately two weeks. "Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong/Canadian public holidays.
• Estimated Timeliness: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak season, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In case of significant delays or unavailability, our store will contact and follow up according to the actual situation.
• Proxy Purchase & Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian proxy/direct purchase. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer or agent warranty in Hong Kong, and our store does not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or ill-fit are generally not accepted. Please double-check all options and information carefully before placing an order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual product received will be the current version from Canada. If there are significant changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, our store will handle it according to the actual situation.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transportation may cause minor dents, creases, or scratches on the outer box. If the product itself, its function, quality, and seals are unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color & Fit: Reasonable discrepancies may occur due to different body types, shoe styles, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product is clearly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, related personal fit or slight color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Undergarments, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are generally not eligible for returns or exchanges for non-quality issues once opened, tried on, used, or if the original seal is damaged.
• Receipt Inspection: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receiving the goods. If there is a wrong item, shortage, significant damage, or quality issue, it is recommended to contact our store within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for verification with the supplier or logistics.
• Usage & Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or if shipping damage affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, our store will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
