• Direct Shipping from Canada and Estimated Time: Products are arranged via international air freight from Canada to Hong Kong, generally expected to arrive within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual delivery time of approximately two weeks. "Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Delivery Time: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of a significant delay or inability to supply, our store will contact you to follow up based on the situation.
• Sourcing and Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian sourcing/direct shipment item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, it does not include a local Hong Kong manufacturer or agency warranty, and our store does not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted; please double-check all options and details carefully before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details; website images are for reference only, and the actual Canadian version received shall prevail. In the event of major changes to core models, quantities, or key specifications, our store will handle the situation accordingly.
• Logistics Appearance: Long-distance transportation may cause minor indentations, creases, or scratches to the outer box; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seal remain unaffected, it is generally not considered a product quality issue.

In case of incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact our store within 48 hours with order information, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate verification with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Use and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, size, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly different from the description, has major quality issues, or has sustained transport damage that affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seal, our store will follow up based on individual circumstances.
