• Canada Direct Shipment & Estimated Delivery Time: Products are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Generally, delivery is expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation. The actual delivery time is approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Delivery Time is Estimated: The arrival date is not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In case of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you and follow up based on the actual situation.
• Proxy Purchase & Local Warranty: This product is a proxy purchase/direct shipment from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer or agent warranty in Hong Kong, and we do not provide additional commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are generally not accepted due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or ill-fitting. Please carefully verify all options and information before placing an order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual product received will be the current version from Canada. If there are major changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, we will handle it based on the actual situation.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transportation may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box; this is generally not considered a product quality issue if the product itself, its function, quality, and seal are unaffected.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Reasonable variations may occur due to different body shapes, shoe styles, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. • Receipt Inspection: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as possible after receipt; if there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate verification with the supplier or logistics.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's label, size, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or if shipping damage affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seal, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong laws.
