⚠️ Terms and Conditions for Direct Purchase and Procurement from Canada (Please read before purchasing)

• Direct Shipping from Canada and Estimated Timeline: Products are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation. The actual receipt time is approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeline: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In case of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact and follow up according to the actual situation.
• Procurement and Local Warranty: This product is procured/directly shipped from Canada. Unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer's or agent's warranty in Hong Kong, and we do not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are generally not accepted due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or ill-fitting. Please carefully verify all options and information before placing an order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual Canadian version received will prevail. If there are significant changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, we will handle them according to the actual situation.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transportation may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seal are unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Sizing, Color, and Fit: Different body types, shoe styles, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements may lead to reasonable discrepancies. Unless the product is clearly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, related personal fit or slight color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Underwear, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are generally not accepted for non-quality related returns or exchanges once opened, tried on, used, or their original seal is damaged.
• Receipt Inspection: Please inspect the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as possible after receiving the goods; in case of incorrect shipment, shortage, major damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for investigation with the supplier or logistics.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Issues arising from normal wear and tear, improper use, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly deviates from the description, has major quality issues, or if shipping damage affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seal, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
