⚠️ Terms for Direct Purchase from Canada (Please Read Before Ordering)

• Direct Shipping from Canada and Estimated Delivery: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation; actual arrival time is approximately two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Delivery Timeframes are Estimates: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up.
• Purchasing Agency and Local Warranty: This item is purchased/shipped directly from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty provided. We do not provide repair, parts replacement, or technical support services.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted; please double-check all options and information before placing your order.
• Updates to Supply and Packaging: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual version received from Canada shall prevail. In the event of major changes to core models, quantities, or key specifications, we will handle the situation accordingly.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause minor indentations, creases, or scratches on outer packaging; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Variations due to body type, shoe style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement are within a reasonable range. Unless the product significantly differs from the selected specifications or description, personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Personal items such as undergarments, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products cannot be returned or exchanged once unsealed, tried on, used, or if the original seal is broken, unless due to quality issues.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please check the items, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. For incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, please contact us within 48 hours, providing order details, intact packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate verification with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's label, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems arising from normal wear and tear, improper use, accidents, human-made damage, or unauthorized modification do not constitute quality issues.

Legal Rights: Should the product be incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, suffer from significant quality issues, or arrive with damage affecting the product itself, its function, quality, or seal, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong laws.
