⚠️ Canada Direct Shipping & Purchasing Terms (Please read before purchasing)

• Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Timeliness: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Generally, delivery is expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation, with actual receipt time around two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timeliness is an Estimate: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In case of significant delay or unavailability, we will contact and follow up according to the actual situation.
• Proxy Purchase & Local Warranty: This product is a proxy purchase/direct shipment from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local original manufacturer's or agent's warranty in Hong Kong, nor do we provide commercial warranty services such as repair, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or improper fit are generally not accepted; please carefully check all options and information before placing an order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual Canadian version received will prevail. If there are significant changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, we will handle it according to the actual situation.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance shipping may result in minor dents, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, function, quality, and seals are unaffected, it is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color & Fit: Differences in body shape, shoe styles, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements may cause reasonable variations. Unless the product significantly differs from the selected specifications or description, related personal fit or slight color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygienic Products: For intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products, returns or exchanges for non-quality issues are generally not accepted once opened, tried on, used, or if the original seal is damaged.
• Receipt Inspection: Please check the item, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt; if there is an incorrect item, shortage, significant damage, or quality issue, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate verification with the supplier or logistics.
• Usage & Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Issues arising from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly different from the description, has a major quality issue, or if shipping damage affects the product itself, function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
