• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Timeline: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation; actual arrival time is approximately two weeks. "Business days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeline: Delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up based on the situation.
• Procurement and Local Warranty: This item is purchased/shipped directly from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty. We do not provide separate commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to changes of mind, incorrect selection of size/color/style, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted. Please carefully check all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the version currently available from the Canadian supplier at the time of order prevails. We will handle significant changes to core models, quantities, or major specifications on a case-by-case basis.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transportation may cause minor indentations, creases, or scratches to the outer packaging. If the product itself, its functionality, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Reasonable differences may occur due to body shape, footwear, wearing methods, screen display, and manual measurement. Unless the product is clearly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, issues related to personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Items: Intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene items generally cannot be returned or exchanged for non-quality reasons once opened, tried on, used, or if the original seal is broken.
• Receipt Inspection: Please check the items, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, major damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for investigation with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and care guidelines. Issues resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If an item is shipped in error, is significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or has sustained transport damage affecting the product itself, its functionality, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
