⚠️ Canada Direct Shipping and Proxy Purchasing Terms (Please read before purchasing)

• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Timeframe: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. They are generally expected to arrive within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation; actual delivery takes approximately two weeks. "Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong/Canada public holidays.
• Timeframe is an Estimate: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up based on the situation.
• Proxy Purchasing and Local Warranty: This item is a Canadian proxy purchase/direct shipment product. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty. We do not provide separate commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to changes of mind, choosing the wrong size/color/style, personal preference, or poor fit; please verify all options and information carefully before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only; the version received from Canada at the time shall prevail. If there are major changes to core models, quantities, or key specifications, we will handle them according to the situation.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause minor indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box. If the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Reasonable variations may occur due to different body types, styles, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product is clearly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, issues regarding personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are generally not eligible for return or exchange (except for quality issues) once opened, tried on, used, or if the original seal is damaged.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please verify the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as you receive the package. If there is a wrong item, shortage, major damage, or quality issue, we recommend contacting us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate investigation with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's label, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Issues caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Statutory Rights: If the product is the wrong item, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or has sustained transport damage affecting the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
