• Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Time: Products are shipped directly to Hong Kong via international air freight from Canada. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation, with actual receipt taking about two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Delivery Time: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up accordingly.
• Procurement & Local Warranty: This product is a direct procurement/shipment from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty is provided, and we do not offer commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted. Please double-check all options and details carefully before placing your order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the version received from Canada at the time of order shall prevail. We will handle situations involving significant changes to core models, quantities, or major specifications accordingly.
• Shipping Exterior: Long-distance transport may cause minor dents, creases, or scratches on the outer box. If the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, & Fit: Variations may occur due to individual body types, footwear styles, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product significantly differs from the selected specifications or description, issues regarding personal fit or minor color discrepancies are generally not considered quality issues.

• Usage & Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Issues caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Statutory Rights: If the product is the wrong item, significantly differs from the description, has a major quality issue, or if transport damage affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
