⚠️ Canada Direct Shipping & Purchasing Terms (Please read before purchasing)

• Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Timeframe: Items are arranged for international air freight directly from Canada to Hong Kong. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with actual receipt taking approximately two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeframe: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up.
• Purchasing & Local Warranty: This product is a Canada purchase/direct shipment item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, it does not include a Hong Kong local manufacturer or agency warranty. We do not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, replacement parts, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted. Please carefully check all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual version received from Canada prevails. If there are major changes to the core model, quantity, or key specifications, we will handle them on a case-by-case basis.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches to the outer box. If the product itself, its function, quality, and seal are not affected, this is generally not considered a quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Variations in body shape, shoe style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement may lead to reasonable differences. Unless the item is clearly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, issues regarding personal fit or minor color differences are not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Items: Intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene items are generally not eligible for return or exchange (non-quality related) once unsealed, tried on, used, or if the original seal is damaged.
• Receipt Inspection: Please check the items, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as you receive the package. If there are incorrect items, shortages, major damage, or quality issues, please contact us within 48 hours along with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate verification with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage & Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Issues caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Statutory Rights: If an item is shipped incorrectly, differs significantly from the description, has major quality issues, or if shipping damage affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seal, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
