• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Timeline: Items are arranged for international air freight from Canada directly to Hong Kong. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual arrival time of approximately two weeks. "Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong/Canada public holidays.
• Timeline is an estimate: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or inability to supply, our store will contact you to follow up based on the situation.
• Sourcing and Local Warranty: This product is sourced/shipped directly from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty is provided. Our store does not provide separate commercial warranty services such as repairs, replacement parts, or technical support.
• Changes after Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect selection of size/color/style, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted; please double-check all options and details before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual current Canadian version received shall prevail. In the event of significant changes to core models, quantities, or major specifications, our store will handle the situation accordingly.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box; this is generally not considered a product quality issue if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Variations in body shape, footwear, wearing style, screen display, and manual measurement may lead to reasonable differences. Unless the product significantly deviates from the selected specifications or description, issues regarding personal fit or minor color discrepancies are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Once intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene items are unsealed, tried on, used, or their original seals damaged, returns or exchanges for non-quality reasons are generally not accepted.
• Receipt Inspection: Please check the items, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact our store within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos so that we can verify with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Issues caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or transit damage affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, our store will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
