⚠️ Terms for Direct Shipping and Purchasing from Canada (Please read before purchase)

• Direct Shipping from Canada & Estimated Timeframe: Items are arranged for direct international air shipping from Canada to Hong Kong. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual arrival time of approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timeframe is an Estimate: Arrival dates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up based on the actual situation.
• Purchasing Service & Local Warranty: This item is a Canadian purchase/direct shipment service. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, it does not include local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranties. We do not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to our Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to changes of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or improper fit. Please carefully check all options and details before placing your order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual current Canadian version received shall prevail. If there are major changes to the core model, quantity, or key specifications, we will handle them according to the actual situation.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause minor dents, creases, or scratches to the outer box. If the product itself, its function, quality, and seal remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Variations may occur due to different body types, shoe styles, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the item is clearly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, issues regarding personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality defects.
• Hygiene Items: Items such as intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products generally cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been unsealed, tried on, used, or if their original seal has been damaged, unless there is a quality issue.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please check the items, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible upon receipt. If there is a wrong item, shortage, major damage, or quality issue, please contact us within 48 hours, providing order details, intact packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate checking with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage & Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Issues caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality defects.

Legal Rights: If the goods are sent in error, significantly differ from the description, have major quality issues, or arrive with shipping damage that affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seal, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
