⚠️ Terms for Products Shipped Directly from Canada and Personal Shopper Purchases (Please Read Before Purchase)

• Direct Shipping from Canada and Estimated Delivery Time:Products are shipped internationally by air from Canada to Hong Kong. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation, with actual receipt taking approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Delivery Times Are Estimates:The arrival date is not guaranteed; processing by the supplier, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control may cause delays. In the event of significant delays or inability to supply, the store will contact and follow up based on the actual situation.
• Personal Shopper Purchases and Local Maintenance:This product is a personal shopper purchase/direct shipment from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent maintenance, and the store does not separately provide commercial maintenance services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Placing an Order:Once the order has been submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are generally not accepted due to a change of mind, selecting the wrong size/colour/style, personal preferences, or poor fit; please carefully check all options and information before placing an order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates:The brand or supplier may update packaging, labels, batches, colour schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual version received from Canada at the time of delivery shall prevail. If there are major changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, the store will handle the matter based on the actual situation.
• Shipping Appearance:Long-distance shipping may cause slight dents, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seal are unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Colour, and Fit:Different body types, footwear, wearing styles, screen displays, and manual measurements may cause reasonable differences. Unless the product clearly does not match the selected specifications or description, personal fit issues or slight colour differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products:Underwear, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products generally cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons other than quality issues once the packaging is opened, tried on, used, or the original seal is damaged.
• Inspection Upon Receipt:Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as possible after receipt; if there is a wrong item, shortage, major damage, or quality issue, we recommend contacting the store within 48 hours with the order information, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos so that we may investigate with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions:Please follow the manufacturer's label, size, usage, cleaning, and maintenance instructions. Issues caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, accidents, intentional damage, or unauthorised modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Statutory Rights:If the product is the wrong item, clearly does not match the description, has major quality issues, or if shipping damage has affected the product itself, its function, quality, or seal, the store will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under the laws applicable in Hong Kong.
