• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Timeframe: Items are shipped directly from Canada via international air freight to Hong Kong, typically arriving in 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation; the actual delivery time is approximately two weeks. "Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong/Canadian public holidays.
• Estimated Timeframe: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. We will contact you regarding significant delays or inability to supply.
• Procurement and Local Warranty: This item is a Canadian procurement/direct-ship product. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, it does not include local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranties, nor does our shop provide commercial maintenance services, spare parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to our Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to changes of mind, wrong size/color/style choices, personal preferences, or improper fit; please verify all options and information carefully before placing your order.

• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause slight dents, creases, or scratches on the outer box. These are generally not considered quality defects if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected.

Statutory Rights: If an item is incorrectly sent, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or has sustained transport damage affecting the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis.
