⚠️ Terms for Direct Shipping and Proxy Shopping from Canada (Please read before purchasing)

• Direct Shipping from Canada and Estimated Time: Products are arranged for direct international air shipping from Canada to Hong Kong. They are generally expected to arrive within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual arrival time of about two weeks. "Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeframe: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or inability to supply, we will contact you and follow up based on the actual situation.
• Proxy Shopping and Local Warranty: This product is a proxy shopping/direct shipping item from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty, and we do not provide additional commercial warranty services such as repairs, replacement parts, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to changes of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit; please carefully check all options and information before placing an order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual current Canadian version received shall prevail. If there are major changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, we will handle it based on the actual situation.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches to the outer packaging; if the product itself, functionality, quality, and seals remain unaffected, it is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Differences in physique, shoe style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement may lead to reasonable variations. Unless the product significantly deviates from the selected specifications or description, personal fit or slight color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Once intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are opened, tried on, used, or their original seals are broken, returns or exchanges for non-quality reasons are generally not accepted.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt; in case of incorrect items, shortages, major damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours with order information, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate investigation with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's label, size, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human-induced damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly deviates from the description, has major quality issues, or transit damage has affected the product itself, functionality, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
