• Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Time: Products are shipped directly from Canada via international air express to Hong Kong, generally expected to arrive within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation; the actual delivery time is approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong/Canadian public holidays.
• Timeframes are estimates: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up.
• Purchase and Local Warranty: This product is a direct purchase from Canada. Unless otherwise specified in writing on the product page, no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty is provided, and we do not offer commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Post-order Changes: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or improper fit; please double-check all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual version received from Canada shall prevail. If there are major changes to core models, quantities, or key specifications, we will handle the situation accordingly.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches to the outer box. If the product itself, its function, quality, and seal remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Differences in body shape, style, screen display, and manual measurement may result in reasonable variations. Unless the product clearly does not match the selected specifications or description, personal fit or slight color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Once intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are opened, tried on, used, or their original seals are damaged, they are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a quality issue.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, please contact us within 48 hours along with order information, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for our verification with suppliers or logistics providers.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer’s labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly different from the description, has major quality issues, or has sustained transport damage affecting the product itself, its function, quality, or seal, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
