⚠️ Canada Direct Shipping & Purchase Terms (Please read before purchasing)

• Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Timeline: Products are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation. Actual receipt time is approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timeline is an estimate: Delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In case of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact and follow up as appropriate.
• Proxy Purchase & Local Warranty: This product is a proxy purchase/direct shipment from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local factory or agent warranty in Hong Kong, and our store does not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes after Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are generally not accepted due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or ill-fitting. Please carefully verify all options and information before placing an order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual product received will be based on the current Canadian version. If there are significant changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, our store will handle it on a case-by-case basis.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transportation may cause slight dents, creases, or scratches on the outer box; this is generally not considered a product quality issue if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals are unaffected.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Reasonable discrepancies may occur due to different body types, shoe styles, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product clearly does not match the selected specifications or description, related personal fit or slight color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Underwear, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are generally not eligible for return or exchange for non-quality issues once opened, tried on, used, or if the original seal is damaged.
• Inspection upon Receipt: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as you receive it. In case of wrong item, shortage, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact our store within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate verification with the supplier or logistics.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original factory labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, incorrect use, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly differs from the description, has major quality issues, or if shipping damage affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, our store will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
