• Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Timeframe: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally estimated to be 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation, with actual receipt time around two weeks. "Business days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timeframe is Estimated: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In case of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you and follow up as appropriate.
• Proxy Purchase & Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian proxy purchase / direct shipment. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty, and we do not provide additional commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order has been submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are generally not accepted due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or unsuitable fit; please carefully verify all options and information before placing an order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual product received will be the current version from Canada. If there are major changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, we will handle it as appropriate.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transportation may cause minor indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box; this is generally not considered a product quality issue if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals are unaffected.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Differences in body shape, shoe styles, wearing methods, screen display, and manual measurements may cause reasonable variations. Unless the product clearly does not match the selected specifications or description, related personal fit or slight color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Undergarments, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are generally not eligible for returns or exchanges for non-quality issues once opened, tried on, used, or if the original seal is damaged.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible upon receipt; if there are wrong items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for investigation with the supplier or logistics.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and care instructions. Issues arising from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly does not match the description, has major quality issues, or if shipping damage affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
