Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with actual receipt time being approximately two weeks. "Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong or Canadian public holidays.
• Estimated Timeframe: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In case of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you and follow up based on the actual situation.
• Proxy Purchase and Local Warranty: This product is a proxy purchase/direct shipment from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer's or agent's warranty in Hong Kong, and our store does not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
