⚠️ Canada Direct Shipping & Purchasing Terms (Please read before purchasing)

• Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Time: Products are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. They are generally expected to arrive within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation; actual receipt usually takes about two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeframe: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up.
• Purchasing & Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian direct purchase/import. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, it does not include a local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty. We do not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, replacement parts, or technical support.
• Post-Order Changes: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted. Please double-check all options and details before placing your order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual Canadian version received prevails. In the event of significant changes to core models, quantities, or major specifications, we will handle the situation accordingly.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Differences in body shape, shoe style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement may cause reasonable variations. Unless the product significantly differs from the selected specifications or description, personal fit or slight color differences are not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Once intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products have been unsealed, tried on, used, or their original seals damaged, returns or exchanges for non-quality issues are generally not accepted.
• Receipt Inspection: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible upon receipt. For incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, please contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for verification with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage & Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer’s labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly differs from the description, has major quality issues, or transit damage has affected the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
