⚠️ Canada Direct Purchase and Sourcing Terms (Please read before purchasing)

• Canada Direct Sourcing and Estimated Lead Time: Items are shipped directly from Canada via international air freight to Hong Kong. Generally, delivery is expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual arrival time of about two weeks. "Business days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeframe: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up.
• Sourcing and Local Warranty: This product is sourced/shipped directly from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, it does not include local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranties. We do not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order has been submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted; please double-check all options and details before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labeling, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only; the current Canadian version received shall prevail. If there are major changes to the core model, quantity, or key specifications, we will handle the situation accordingly.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box. If the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Variations in body shape, shoe style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement may cause reasonable differences. Unless the product clearly differs from the selected specifications or description, issues regarding personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are generally not accepted for return or exchange (other than for quality issues) once they have been unsealed, tried on, used, or their original seals damaged.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please inspect the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. If you encounter incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate checking with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's instructions for size, use, cleaning, and maintenance. Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human-caused damage, or problems caused by unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is the wrong item, deviates significantly from the description, has major quality issues, or has sustained transport damage that affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
