• Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Timeline: Products are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation, with actual receipt taking approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timeline is an Estimate: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In case of significant delays or inability to supply, our shop will contact and follow up as per the actual situation.
• Direct Purchase & Local Warranty: This product is a direct purchase/shipment from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer's or agent's warranty in Hong Kong, and our shop does not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order has been submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are generally not accepted due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or ill-fitting items; please carefully check all options and information before placing an order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual version received from Canada at the time of delivery shall prevail. If there are significant changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, our shop will handle it as per the actual situation.
• Appearance during Transit: Long-distance transportation may cause minor dents, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seal are unaffected, it is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color & Fit: Reasonable discrepancies may arise due to different body types, shoe styles, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product is clearly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, related personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: For intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products, returns or exchanges due to non-quality issues are generally not accepted once unsealed, tried on, used, or if the original seal is damaged.
• Inspection upon Receipt: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as you receive it; in case of incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact our shop within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for verification with the supplier or logistics.
• Usage & Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Issues caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or if transit damage affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seal, our shop will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
