• Canadian Direct Shipping & Estimated Time: Products are arranged for international air freight directly from Canada to Hong Kong. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation; actual arrival time is approximately two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeframe: Arrival dates are not guaranteed. Delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. If there is a significant delay or stock unavailability, our shop will contact you to follow up accordingly.
• Agency & Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian direct-purchase item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty is provided, and our shop does not offer commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Post-Order Changes: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or improper fit; please double-check all options and information carefully before placing your order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual Canadian version received shall prevail. If there are major changes to the core model, quantity, or key specifications, our shop will handle the situation accordingly.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause minor dents, creases, or scratches on the outer box; as long as the product itself, its functionality, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Variations in body shape, style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement may lead to reasonable differences. Unless the product significantly differs from the selected specifications or description, issues related to personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality problems.
• Hygiene Products: Personal care items, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been opened, tried on, used, or if their original seals have been damaged, unless there is a quality issue.
• Arrival Inspection: Please check the item, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, please contact our shop within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for verification with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Safety: Please follow the original manufacturer labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Issues caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality defects.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly different from the description, has major quality issues, or if shipping damage affects the product itself, its functionality, quality, or seals, our shop will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
