In case of significant delay or unavailability, our store will contact and follow up as per the actual situation.
• Proxy Purchase and Local Warranty: This item is a Canadian proxy purchase / direct shipment. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer or agent warranty in Hong Kong, and our store does not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.

Legal Rights: If the item is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or if shipping damage affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, our store will follow up on a case-by-case basis.
