In case of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you and follow up based on the actual situation.
• Purchasing Agent & Local Warranty: This product is purchased via agent/direct shipped from Canada. Unless otherwise specified in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer's or agent's warranty in Hong Kong, and our store does not provide commercial warranty services such as repair, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Post-Order Changes: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are generally not accepted due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or ill-fitting items; please carefully check all options and details before placing an order.
